Al Simmons has over 20 years of fighting & martial arts experience. He holds blacks belts in Shotokan Karate (Karate - do ), Yudansha Aikido, Pai-Lum Kung-Fu, and Japanese Jiu Jitsu. Sifu Simmons has a great desire to help people stay healthy both mind and body. His experience shows with every drill and class. He blends old tradition with new techniques. His self-defense instruction is developed student by student to ensure success. He has a great respect for all of the fight community in NC as he has helped bring MMA in to the state.The fighting system is a "never to be closed book" so to stay progressive.
